+ The reception staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive — truly made us feel welcome. + Very fast and smooth check-in and check-out process. + They kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us since we had an early departure — much appreciated. + The hotel design is absolutely beautiful and very aesthetic. + The glass in the shower can be covered with a curtain, which is great for privacy when needed. + Spotless cleanliness and excellent room service.

A really cozy and lovely hotel with an incredible breakfast. The location is great as well - perfect for a walk along the embankment. Highly recommend!

The staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and quite new. Breakfast is à la carte but really nice and gives brunch vibes. Some parking spaces available which is a bonus

Great hotel with very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The Mila Restaurant is exceptional. The food and service were truly outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay.
