Great location, great views, not noisy, quiet neighbors, you can't hear the traffic, but you can see beautiful views of both the mountains and the sea. Very friendly and helpful neighbors!

A comfortable apartment on the roof of a building in the city center. Equipped with everything you need for a vacation. There are cafes, a post office, a green market, a bakery, a park, a pharmacy... everything you need is around the building.

Stayed at Apartment DV Magnolia in Tivat for a full month — and it was a great experience. The apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed: a proper kitchen, separate bedroom, living room, balcony, good Wi-Fi and all basic amenities. The location is simply unbeatable — just a few minutes’ walk to the waterfront, shops, cafes, Porto Montenegro and the beach. The views from the balcony (mountains / sea / city) made mornings and evenings especially nice. Huge thanks to Vladimir, who helped us check in and was always extremely helpful and responsive. All in all — a perfect place for a longer stay in Tivat. Highly recommended!
