We had the most amazing time staying at this wonderful place in Tivat! From the very beginning, our hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive — they went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. It truly felt like staying with friends rather than just accommodation. The property itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and offers everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to enjoy the beauty of Tivat and the surrounding area. What made this stay so special, however, was the kindness and hospitality of our hosts. They made our trip unforgettable with their genuine care, helpful recommendations, and thoughtful touches. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Montenegro. We will definitely come back! 💙

The location of the property was fantastic. A stones throw from the beach. It had every facility you would need. It was comfortable, clean and cozy. There was even a good selection of books and a patio facing the sea. There was even a great bar opposite. Seemu and Helga were great hosts and were always available if we needed anything. I would like to stay again.

The apartmenr is located in a quiet neighborhood near the sea, next to a nice public beach nearby. Everything in the apartment was clean and new, so it felt like we were the first guests. The apartment was well equipped, including air conditioning, an air purifier and a spacious refrigerator. The hosts were very friendly, polite and helpful, they also recommended us a boat tour of the Bay of Kotor that we really enjoyes.

Fantastic! Really nice apartment opposite (10-15 meters) the beach and the sea. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafeterias (the nearest Cafe/Bar Regata in 25 meters) nearby. Large, really well equipped apartment and the laaaarge terrace with a sea view, wow! Porto Montenegro with its bars/restaurants and luxurious yachts is only 10 minutes walk away. The owners Helga and Sime are warm and helpful people, all the best for them!
