The staff were lovely, the food was great, bird watching from the rooftop was fantastic, the pool was also lovely.

Great place close to Yala national Park We were heartly welcomed by the family Clean rooms, nice view to rice field You can hear a lot of animals during the day and nigjt We wanted to make the Safari Tour with Janaka Safari Tours and were picked up 04:30 in the Morning - we had an amazing Safari. If you want to make Safari in Sri Lanka, i can really recommend this place. Thank you very much My Resort Yala for the stay we had at your place.

Family Business at its Best! Superb rooms, friendly staff, charming location and a very, very good cook, don’t go out for dinner, stay !!!!! Book Safari here, best experience ever👍

An exceptional family stay, in December 2024, this was a newly built facility. The family run hotel had a homely atmosphere, everyone was super friendly and polite. The owner has put a lot of thought into the layout and details of the whole hotel. The room are expansive, very comfortable and immaculately clean. The private balconies offer great views over the picturesque rice fields and beyond to the lake. The gardens are teaming with birds. The pool is well maintained, and very welcome after a long journey. The food was super fresh and very tasty, home cooked in a very clean open air kitchen. The owner arranged our Yala safari. We had a very enjoyable stay, in hide sight we should have stayed longer.
