Brand new Hotel with very good facilities, Wifi was great. Rooms very neat and tidy with toiletries and clean bath towels. Complimentary breakfast was tasty although there was not any other variety of food as it just started newly. The reception staffs were very good with great hospitality. I actually booked the room for 2 days but unfortunately my work had finished early so I did not have to stay for the 2nd day. Hence I requested the reception if they could cancel my stay for 2 days and refund the same. I was so happy that the reception staff agreed to repay after his Manager advised him and to hold back the service charges and return the remaining amount. The reception was very kind and humble I would say. Anyways keep it up and Thank you so much for your kindness.
