We thoroughly enjoyed spending over a week in these apartments, and the experience was simply outstanding! The owner was incredibly friendly and responsive, always available to assist with any questions and to offer advice on local attractions. He provided us with a wealth of useful information about the best places to visit, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was spotlessly clean, which we especially appreciated. During our stay, the owner kindly offered to change the towels and bed linens, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is perfect – just across the road is the beach, and there’s a fantastic restaurant with amazing cuisine only a two-minute walk away. There are also supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. For those looking to explore the area, there’s the option to rent a car or take the readily available bus that runs on schedule.

The apartment is very close to the sandy beach and has parking for the car. The administrator is friendly and gave us a lot of good advice. There is enough space in the rooms; the bed is comfortable in a bedroom, while a settee is... a settee, not a bed. I missed an oven, though a microwave is there. We had a good time.

Location- 150m across from the beach! Easy access to restaurants and bars and 5 min walk to Conad City grocery store Amazing host Maurizio- very helpful and kind! Apartment is comfortable and well lit and airy. Parking available if you have a car with secure gate

Maurizio is great. He provided us with all the hints and tips about the locality, was always availabela and promptly resolved any problems we faced (clogged shower drain). The apartment is located just next to several paid and one free beach. The shops for basic needs are also not far away. There is possibility to park at the property which is another advantage
