Very good location just at the foot of the climbing route to Cetatea Neamțului and good starting point for other attractions in the county. Very nice staff, friendly and solicitous albeit a lot of times overwhelmed by the demands. Had problems with the air conditioning and no one managed to get to the core of the problem although they were all extremely quick to come to help. Solution was to upgrade us to another room, much bigger. But everyone from the nice gentleman on the street trying to attract visitors to the manager had been very helpful. Good restaurant, terrasse and garden; nice decorations and furniture (a bit out of fashion but worked in the environment). Spacious rooms, fridge in the room, big bathrooms, big windows...
