The property was in the historical center of the city. The position was perfect, very close to the train station and restaurants. Alberto was an exquisite host, he noticed the I eat gluten free, and the next day he put a bag of gluten free chips on the desk. The room was big, clean with unlimited refill of water, juice and snacks. Customer service 10/10

Welcoming, knowledgeable host. Superb location in charming old town, close to restaurants and 10 minutes walk from train station to the Bernina railway. Handy, supermarket round the corner. Unexpected complementary breakfast catering for gluten and lactose intolerance. Nice additional touches like kettle and teas, biscuits, water and juices and fridge in the room..

Alberto was the nicest most helpful man. There was everything provided you could need. I would recommend a stay here. Everything was absolutely spotless. We even had our own coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. .
