During my recent trip to Albania, I had the pleasure of staying at Vila Shehi Guesthouse, a charming and cozy accommodation nestled in the picturesque countryside. This hidden gem offers a serene escape, combining rustic elegance with modern comfort.The homemade meals served at Vila Shehi are a definite highlight. Traditional Albanian dishes are prepared with fresh, local ingredients, and each meal is packed with flavor. The breakfast spread is hearty and offers a variety of traditional meals, perfect for fueling up for a day of exploration. Feel free to ask for some coffee and deserts. You can enjoy your meal while overlooking the scenic views from the dining area, which adds to the overall experience. Only thing I believe further customers would love to get is the information about the cost of wine tasting (20€) to prevent any possible negative comments in the future from other customers.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this charming winery guesthouse! The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The host was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby countryside, and the food was delicious. The host’s passion for wine shone through, I was given a tour of the winery and got to try some of the delicious wine. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, enjoy good food, and experience authentic, heartfelt hospitality. The host was also kind enough to connect me with a driver who drove me to and from the airport, and to Tirana, for a very good price.

Our stay was unforgettable! The host was extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding – truly delicious and fresh. The accommodation was charming, surrounded by nature, where peace and quiet reigned, allowing for complete relaxation. A special mention goes to the wine, which they produce and serve themselves – it was excellent! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an escape from everyday life into the embrace of nature!
