Everything! The room, quiet and very comfy! Personnel, excellent and helpful, when needed. The view, amazing, both to the city center and the beautiful mountains! Location, perfect! Walking distance to the center and the beautiful park of Tirana. I would definitely come back!

Modern and well-equipped hotel within walking distance of the city center. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We also used the M Lounge which provides a very nice ambience and a good selection of finger food and beverages. Our room on one of the higher floors provided spectacular views of the city.

Clean areas all around the hotel. Good organisation with enough staff in every position. Location was amazing! Breakfast, all day food room service and the restaurant of the hotel were amazing!
