The excellent communication and customer service. There was everything you would require in the apartment. Very comfortable and quiet neighbourhood and excellent location to be central location. Very modern room with balcony.

Beautiful big room - could have stayed longer. Loved the balcony, bed was super comfortable, nice bathroom and lots of storage. There was so many great small touches like free water, coffee machine and kitchen etc that made the stay super comfortable. Rozi made self check in super easy and helped us during our stay with car park etc. The location was a few minute walk from the heart of Tirana and we loved the recommendations Rozi provided for bars 🙂

Apartment completely modern, the host was very friendly and made a suggestion to go to a really nice restaurant when I asked her. Totally recommend
