Ola who was at the check in desk was an absolute delight. So very helpful, especially with our cell phone and everything else. She spoke perfect English and was so friendly. An asset to this hotel. Her colleague in the morning,April26, was also very friendly and nice. The hotel was close to nice restos. We'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect location walking distance to a lot of attractions in Tirana. They have a parking (very tight with an 8 seater since it's street parking) but we managed and the receptionist was very helpful and helped us by moving other cars which were parked wrong. Comfortable bed and very spacious bathroom!!! Clean room.

The location was good, not too central but a decent walk. It was very clean and quiet, and the staff very friendly, apart from the lady that was in charge for the breakfast area.
