We were initially given keys for a room which had not been cleaned, then there was no apology, just a new set given. Staff were not super helpful, but the hotel itself is quite nice and the location is an easy 30 minutes walk into the centre of town, with free parking which is very helpful. Breakfast only starts at 8, and we had to leave at 7.45 so we missed it.

Very clean and modern rooms with air conditioning and all the essentials provided for. Very welcoming and pleasant staff. They even lend me some local currency on first day of arrival as I was checking in late at night when all the money exchange closed. Very nice and clean restaurant with good selection of dishes. Free breakfast provided as standard with sufficient variety of options. They do best coffee as well.

The location was excellent and conveniently close to the airport. The room was very comfortable and big, with one double bed and one single bed, perfect for three people.

Overall, everything was great, during check-in we had a choice to pay in euros or leks, both currencies were okay. Breakfast was okay. Amenities were enough (but no bathrobe or slippers if it's important for you).
