The older gentleman at the reception was extremely kind. The hotel also has an elevator, air conditioning and its own private parking. Everything was really clean and comfortable. The hotel is worth every penny.

The atmosphere was great and clean. Rooms were large and modern. WiFi and english TV channels.

Very serviceminded staff. We booked late and they helped us getting rooms suitable for four adults. The first room we got had obviously been used by smokers but they helped us find another room which had not been used for smoking and set up the Aircon Helped us getting taxis for centre of Tirana.
