My room was on the top floor facing west in the afternoon. The air conditioner would not work, until the staff gave me a second room card - to keep it going when I was out in the afternoon. I assume the hotel could not change my room as i was part pf a Booking.con block of rooms - and the last one. Also luckily this was in early May so cool air came in thru the large window at night. Once the AC was fixed I was happy there in the evenings.

The hotel is beautiful.The rooms are very big, clean, comfy and fancy. The staff is very helpful and friendly . The food in the restaurant is amazing. Highly recommended!
