Star “Quirky and full of character.”

The cottage was in a great location and had a lot of character with its wonky floors, very low beams in places, huge fire place and tiny bath tub. All very fitting for the age of the place and gave it a lot of quirky charm. Cottage was clean and tidy enough, a few cobwebs but it’s not lived in full time, so to be expected. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything you would need to cook a meal if you wanted to. Was also good to see some plastic cups and bowls for kids. Thing I loved most is that it felt homely and wasn’t pristine. It looked like a 250 year old cottage that’s been lived in and loved. It was child friendly. Parking was easily accessible and just down from the cottage. Made a great base for exploring the north of Cornwall.

The cottage was really lovely and comfortable. Everything was provided and all the information / instructions for the oven, etc. were left out too.

Lovely location, just a short walk to Tintagel, pubs, restaurants etc. The cottage is a pretty 250 year old building. Parking is close by.
