Position is ok, a 15mins walk from the university complex and 30 from city center. The host was extremely nice, I purchased the room in the evening but she responded very quickly so I didn't have to wait to check in. Clean room, not very big but good for one or two people

Everything seemed new. I sleeped at odd hours and it was quiet They put in front of every room freshly cut roses.
