AMAZING stay in there. Everything was perfect : the trek, the guest house, the restaurant (so good food) and the staff. Cooking staff, jungle guides, manager, driver, they are all very nice, funny and always happy to help. The organisation is very good. GO GO GO ;)

The whole team at the stay are very warm and welcoming. They do pride themselves as a family, and one can sincerely feel it too. Each one of them take pride in what they do. Very good stay for those planning to do jungle trekking and spotting Orangutans. Dedycool is the manager of the stay and he can assist to arrange transfers and trekking tours. Fantastic meals by the restaurant operated by the stay.. authentic medan food that I'll utterly miss.. chef ITIN n chef Linda

Absolutely incredible experience! I did the day trek and stayed two nights. The accomodation is wonderful, very clean and luxurious. The staff are extremely helpful with excellent English. Can definately recommend staying here, and doing a trek. The rafting at the end of the day was awesome! If I come back, I will do a longer trek and stay again. Absolutely fabulous! Thankyou for making my time in Bukit Lawang so memorable!

Run by local people. Friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Wonderful trek to see the orangutans and the rafting on inner tubes down the rapids was good fun and refreshing after a hot descent to the river. We got a lot closer to the orangutans than I expected. Close enough to hear a large male crunching on a watermelon skin.
