• Guests will be responsible for their pet's behavior. I stayed one night with my girlfriend before leaving the next day for the airport. The room was great nad everything good. After returning from a week's vacation, I spent one night till leaving the next day for home. I DID NOT ask for an upgrade. For one person, for one night, the room was way too luxurious for my one-night stay. And I paid more than I did the one night the week before.

I liked the hotel!!! Very convenient location. Hot water and a bath to soak in is what I missed in Mexico. And the gym is just a small room with a few flimsy cardio machines. There is also a sauna there, but it was cold( A huge plus is the polite reception staff, who allowed me to check in early. In addition, there is a mini coffee maker, a safe and a balcony.)

That it was close to the airport and a lot of restaurants to go eat. I loved the staff they were friendly and very courteous. I unfortunately forgot my toothbrush and they were able to give me a toothbrush for free. I will be returning to this hotel next year.

I liked the private entrance to our room however that door closes at night so we have to go around through the lobby at night time.
