Upon departure keys are to be returned at 10:00.Please note that board games are available on site. baby kit are available on site directly only.In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee.Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.Free access to the heated swimming pool of the residence open from 9am to 19.45pm.For a worry-free stay, book your baby kit at the same time as your accommodation: a folding bed and a baby chair (from 6 months to 36 months).The kit is available at €16/week.Please note: Subject to availability. The bed has been carefully selected to guarantee your child's comfort and safety. It complies with the NF-EN 716 standard for children's folding beds, which recommends that no second mattress should be added to the bed to prevent any risk of suffocation. The mattress is therefore not supplied with the folding bed.Departure cleaning is not included. It is your responsibility to clean and tidy the studio before you leave. Any unit returned uncleaned and not put back in place will be billed by the establishment.You can now have maintenance kits with a sponge, dish washer pad, cloth and all-purpose cleaner.
There is also the availability of bathroom welcome products: soap shampoo/ shower gel solid.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Well equipped self catered apartment, clean and with adequate cooking equipment. Lobby area downstairs had games you could borrow and staff were really helpful with excellent English.

Great reception staff. Great location in short walking distance of the slopes. Good facilities in the rooms - everything you need for self catering.

Clean and compact- worked very well with the bunk beds and door between them and the lounge giving privacy to everyone. Lots of storage space for bags and clothes so 4 adults didn’t clutter the spaces Warm and comfortable Immaculate bathroom Comfy sofas turning into very comfortable beds Cooking facilities great meaning we easily self-catered all week Balcony and view amazing!! 2 lifts worked well and rarely waited more than 1/4 minutes to go up or downstairs Ski room and locker great Enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna Staff really helpful and friendly Good position for slopes and Sherpa supermarkets and bus stops

The beds where comfy and the rooms where warm. When the hot water worked the shower was good. Really like the pool and sauna to relax after a day of skiing.
