Excellent service with a warm welcome. Amazingly comfortable and cosy both in the room and the lounge. The ski shop has you covered. The spa is great with the sauna, ice water bucket and outdoor hot tub. Chilling in the cinema is a great way to relax après après ski. They make an excellent Bloody Mary. Soaking in the massive bath after a long day on the slopes is the perfect way to unwind 😉

Great location, ski in and out, staff all very nice, food much improved over last time we were here one year ago. Wine list better as well. Room comfortable with view over adjacent slope. Ski room staff (Bernard Orcel) excellent. Will definitely go again.

Superb service and experience in every detail. Best breakfast I’ve had it a long time. It’s lovely to see properly trained hospitality staff who genuinely care about providing exceptional guest service and know how to understand and anticipate guests’ expectations and needs before they know it.
