Breakfast wasn't included, however everything we needed for breakfast on our first morning had been provided - a lovely surprise!

Beautifully presented and very well equipped. Everything had been thought through very carefully. Everything was super comfy and even though its small we wanted nothing. The welcome pack was very generous. The location is perfect to access the village's amenities and walks. Will definitely be back.

This was such a gorgeous, well equipped cosy cottage, nestled in a fantastic location in the heart of a picturesque and popular village. We were spoilt for beautiful walks from the doorstep and the village itself offers everything you could possibly want, all just a stones throw away. Nutmeg cottage was exceptionally clean and well presented, with lovely touches from the hosts when we arrived, consisting of milk, butter, fresh bread and shortbread biscuits, along with a bottle of wine, all of which were very much appreciated. The hosts were really friendly and helpful in terms of directions to the property and there were detailed instructions for when we arrived, along with an already built up log fire, with plenty of kindling. I am looking forward to returning to Nutmeg cottage and would strongly recommend this lovely cottage to anyone else who wants a relaxing break in beautiful surroundings.
