Loved the property as period house renovated to a good standard situated in middle of village near shops and pub. Comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Netflix and TV with sound system….altogether home from home. Only very minor lack was egg cups!

We loved the location. We could walk from the house and do some hiking in Miller's Dale. Were within 30 min car ride to brilliant hiking up Kinder Scout and also to Stanage Edge for walking and climbing. The Coop was open every day from 9am till 10pm and right next to the property so running out of food was not an issue, even on the Bank Holiday. Good parking near property for loading and unloading. Kitchen well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery so using the dishwasher was easy and you did not continuously run out of bowl and plates like we have at other rentals.....

Great location and good sized cottage. Very easy, straightforward and pleasant stay. Easy parking. Near to great walking, nice pubs and restaurants.
