Patrik “Spacious House with Great Potential, but Very Cold Stay”

We stayed at this property in December and had mixed feelings. The house is spacious and nicely designed, with the possibility of outdoor seating and access to a shared swimming pool, which we had entirely to ourselves during our stay. Parking is very convenient directly in front of the house with plenty of available spaces. The property was generally cleaned very thoroughly, everything smelled fresh and looked spotless, which we really appreciated. The host also offered us a late check-out until 12:00 pm, one hour longer than standard, which was a nice gesture.

Located in a very quiet area but only minutes from the nearest shop and restaurant, or a 15 minute stroll to the busier areas. The villa is really well equipped with everything you'd need. I loved the covered outdoor area.

Good points: This is a beautiful little two-bedroom villa located in a very quiet part of PDC. The host was fantastic—great communication from the very start and extremely helpful throughout. The villa is spotlessly clean and smells amazing the moment you open the door. It has everything you could possibly need, and the beds are super comfortable. A lovely touch with water and chocolate provided on arrival. The pool is saltwater; to me it felt like a normal pool and didn’t feel heated, which wasn’t an issue at all. I would have no hesitation in staying in this villa again and would highly recommend it.

Spacious. Clean. South facing. Sunbeds just for us. Quiet. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels. Nice covered outdoor seating area if you need to get out of the sun.
