For a couple like us, this was a clean, tidy, comfortable one bedroom apartment that suited our needs for six days of stay. Amenities are nearby, Wifi was excellent and didn’t flinch at all, hot water available all the time and two bicycles were a bonus. Bus stop is ten minutes walk, No 3 bus takes you to main resort of Puerto del Carmen and 161 will take you to Airport. Mind well, buses aren’t that punctual.

The location is great, about 10 minutes walk from the main area. It's quiet and the pool was a fantastic addition, with most of the time it being only me sitting beside / using it, so that was a wonderful bonus! The balcony was also lovely with it receiving sun for most of the day, and was very appreciative of the bicycles, had two lovely days out using those

the location is excellent for access to beaches and local amenities. The balcony is very nice, comfortable furniture and gets the sun for most of the day. Comfy bed, kitchen perfectly useable The provision of two fold up bikes is brilliant, they make getting around really easy and is a nice touch. Nice clean, good quality towels were provided and the shower was fine. Could do with renewed sealant. it a very minor thing. The pool area is sunny, sheltered and was very clean, as was the whole complex.

Apartment was great, the additional bikes included were fantastic for us, also the washing machine really helped. Really close to the beach and the spar shop is excellent
