Having visited Lanzarote 20+ times over the years, I knew my way around Puerto Del Carmen well enough to know that Las Mimosas was located in a quiet area but still within walking distance of the main strip. This is exactly what my partner and I wanted, a relaxing holiday with easy access to everything around Puerto Del Carmen and the rest of the island. Bus stops are close by for exploring, Spar is approximately 6 minutes walk away from the property and when there, you can get taxis very easily and they do not cost very much. The property supplied towels, tea towels, cleaning supplies, bin bags, condiments such as salt and oil and plenty of kitchen utensils. We had use of a kettle, microwave, top hobs for cooking and a toaster. We were close enough to communal bins so we could keep the place clean as we were staying for an extended period of time and wanted to make sure our stay was always pleasant. The bed and pillows were nice and the decor was lovely with a seaside theme throughout. We had a smart tv and if you have your own tv subscriptions you can easily access these by logging in. We had wifi which I was not expecting so that was a huge bonus and it worked great throughout the whole stay. The water in the bathroom was always hot which was great. If needed, there's a hair dryer, clothes horse and ironing supplies too. Overall our stay was very pleasant.
