Great location, only a few minutes from loads of great restaurants but far enough away for a bit of peace and quiet. Beautiful parakeets visit every morning and afternoon - get some nuts and they will eat from your hand!

Really cosy little house, beautifully decorated and perfectly situated in the nicer part of Playa Del Carmen. Sunny little terrace perfect for breakfast. Was a great base to explore the rest of the island.

We liked the view, the quietness, and the decor. It's comfortable and well-equipped. The bedroom is fabulous, it has direct access to the outside and a window overlooking the little port opposite. Perfect for a lazy morning in bed. The bed is super comfortable too.

Amazing apartment overlooking PDC marina. It is set on two levels, with upstairs including a small kitchenette, table & chairs, bathroom, washing machine and sofa area with TV. Downstairs is the bedroom area with a lovely big window looking out to the marina. The bedroom does have shutters so that you have complete privacy in the bedroom and are not woken at all by any sunlight. There is space literally right outside the door to park a car. The apartment is well located to walk to the main bars & restaurants in PDC, including Mardeleva, a fantastic restaurant just up behind the apartment. The absolute highlight of the apartment is the balcony and view. The balcony gets the sun all day. We stayed over Xmas & enjoyed Buck’s Fizz on the balcony Christmas morning whilst enjoying the view of the marina & of the coast of Lanzarote, & on a clear day Fuerterventura. A few glasses of wine were enjoyed too as we had the perfect view of sunset. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough.
