Good location, hosts were really lovely, breakfast very enjoyable and good variety. Beautiful roll topped bath. There is also a communal lounge room which is a bonus as well as a cute little court yard garden, not many B&B’s can offer this

Friendly and welcoming with good tips on what to do and where to eat. Breakfast was good. Parking on the street just outside the door.

The owners were both amazing. The accommodation was nice and clean and just what we needed, but the owners made it superb. Next day we had few hours left after our check out before leaving the town and they offered us to leave our luggage and even ourselves in the shared room as it was raining outside. Also they got us the lift from Scrabster port which we would otherwise need to walk as there was no shuttle at the time. Amazing service , very nice people and can highly recommend.

The owner of the property was so nice that I almost felt at home as soon as I arrived. They even offered us a free ride to the ferry terminal early in the morning after hearing that we couldn’t find a cab in time. The room was cozy and very clean, and the full Scottish breakfast was very generous and delicious. We had an excellent stay and would like to return later.

The staff went out of their way to help us with our travel plans. They took us to the ferry after breakfast and delivered us home at the end of the way. Outstanding hosts.
