Yes, the location was excellent with many puds ,cafes, local artistry shops walking distance to the water front with magnificent views . Pretty much quiet but take in consideration it's a University town and can get a little noisy over the weekends,overall a nice stay.

Clean and neat Host was very hospitable and kind Host was readily available to help Room was quiet Everything looked quite new ( recent renovations?)

It was fairly easy to use the automated checkin and gain access to the room; the instructions were quite good. The room was very nice, with a good view from the window.

The owner was very approachable and quick to respond to anything I needed. He and the staff were very kind and accommodating. As I stayed for 11 nights, it was nice to have free laundry facilities on site!
