Comfy sofa, good shower, warm and cosy place to come back to after a day out. Little kitchenette has all you need to make a meal. Small hob, microwave.decent location for Keswick Penrith and Carlisle.

Comfortable and quiet. Well equipped kitchen and everything worked except the clock. Shower was clean with plenty of hot water. Easy parking. I saw no staff as it was on a farm and it was self check in which was fine.
