Beautiful, quiet location, close to local villages and seaside. Clean and spacious, homemade cake and drinks provided. Paula was very helpful and kind.

Homemade cake and fresh milk in the fridge on arrival. Paula was a lovely host, always available for a chat but equally relaxed and unobtrusive. Lovely location, great for wildlife spotting especially bats on an evening. A Waitrose is just down the road and Roys is also great to pick up supplies from in Wroxham. The kitchen was really well equipped so excellent for cooking.

Great location to use as a base for fishing in the surrounding areas! Paula & Keith were very helpful. Nothing was too much bother...👍🏼 Also enjoyed the homemade cake waiting for us on arrival.

location was superb and the property was easily accessible. delightful views/ walks and close to wood and not far from coastal beaches. Owners were friendly.
