The location of the cottage was central and situated very close to what we had planned. Large well equipped accommodation and very clean. Having a dedicated space for my car was also excellent. The hosts left milk and a lovely welcome note. I would return to this cottage anytime if travelling here again. Thanks

We chose this for location. Beautiful home that has everything you would need for any length of stay. Spotlessly clean, very large spaces. Washing machine, dish washer, fridge, freezer, plenty of crockery and utensils and huge range cooker. Open fire with wood/coal. Comfy beds and crisp white bedding. Books, games, radios, cd's, dad's are all available for your use. Nice welcome pack of tea, coffee, biscuits and milk. Fresh flowers on dining table. Toilet downstairs and main shower room upstairs. Sleeps 6 comfortable. Nice outside terrace for sunny days. Very peaceful. One car parking space off road. Bustly little town with a few shops (Chocolate, 2 ,Antique, Delicatessen, Chemist, Fish and Chip shop, Bakery, 2 Hotels, a few takeaways and the famous Mathesons car garage) Close to Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay, market towns, York, Scarborough and many more. Beautiful walks and scenery. Good communication with hosts. We will definately return.
