From booking and planning this trip for my partners birthday the Ritz Carlton Concierge and Guest Services teams have been superb (shout out to Lisa, Rueben, Nueng). Nothing was too much trouble, all activities, daily schedule, travel/transport and restaurants we offered up as options with recommendations and priority booked. This place like Koh Samui is tranquil and exceeeds your wildest dreams

Service levels were incredible, the staff were very thoughtful about small details and treat you like royalty. Beautiful hotel. Spa area is amazing! Everything was perfect, couldn’t recommend it more.

We had the most incredible stay at The Ritz-Carlton Samui for our honeymoon — and a huge part of that was thanks to Sunny, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, he took the greatest care of us, showing incredible thoughtfulness toward my pregnant wife and ensuring everything was perfect.
