Can’t speak highly enough about this property! Julanee and her staff are so kind and helpful without being intrusive. She arranged pick up for us from the pier and brought us back to the villa. It’s such a nice property with beautiful views and a great infinity pool which the kids loved. Baan view Talay is between two towns and both have a lovely beach, restaurants and bars. They are probably a 5-10 walk but julanee will arrange a shuttle whenever you need it. We had breakfast included which has really flexible hours and was so nice! Probably the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had and we have had quite a few. This place was amazing luxury at such good value.

Our family loved every minute of our stay in the 2 bedroom Villa with Private Pool. The spacious air-conditioned rooms, private pool, and stunning view all surpassed our expectations. The property is up on the hillside so it benefits from the ocean breeze, which allows the private pool deck to remain comfortable even on the hottest days. We were so grateful for that! It's an easy 10 minute walk down to the two villages, restaurants, and gorgeous beaches. What most impressed us was how gracious, helpful, and accommodating our host was. They were always happy to give us a ride to and from the villages/beaches or to place a food order for us when we felt like eating in. Breakfast was always delicious, and the staff very friendly. They offer many suggestions for how to spend your time on the island, and will help organize any excursions for you. The owner truly takes exceptional care of the guests. We would highly recommend this stay, and we would most definitely stay again.
