Lovely, clean and, comfortable cottage. Very well equipped and very warm!! Great location on the farm and very easy to get to. Loved the parrots and the horses. The dog loved the garden! A very enjoyable weekend break. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Lovely extra touches like toiletries and bath robes. Good base from which to explore and it’s a lovely area. Parrots are fascinating!

Beautiful stay in an amazingly beautiful property in peaceful surroundings. Equipped with everything needed and furnished to a very high standard. Close to several lovely towns but also close to stunning countryside for walking. Fantastic secure garden for the dogs too.

What a beautiful place, great for relaxing, or close to Thirsk, Ripon, Northallerton if you want to have a trip out. The cottage is so cosy, and everything you need is there. The little shop on site is a great feature, and the shepherd huts look amazing. Our dog loved the garden (completely secure, as he's a houdini) so he could run around, and he loved the parrots, the hosts run a parrot sanctuary too. Beautiful place, lovely people, we will be returning again soon. Thank you
