“Beautiful hotel in a unique (remote) location with very nice staff”

The location is absolutely stunning, with near private access to a beach, and the hotel is very beautifully designed. The experience is well curated, and the (vast) staff is very nice and extremely competent. The restaurant is also very good. The obsidian spa provides a unique experience, we very much enjoyed our massage and bath treatment. Special thanks to Stella for the wonderful and attentive massage.

I recently stayed in a Deluxe Suite with limited view and, to my surprise, it exceeded all expectations. The suite offered great privacy, which I truly appreciated—and even though the view was "limited," the main pool area provided breathtaking views that more than made up for it. The hotel restaurant was a highlight of my stay. Every dish was full of flavor. From breakfast to dinner, experience was excellent. I also treated myself to a massage and a relaxing bath at the spa, and I’m so glad I did. The atmosphere was serene, the service professional, and I left feeling completely refreshed. Overall, a truly memorable stay—I would return in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel.The staff were warm and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was with stunning views and all the luxury amenities one would expect from a five-star property. Everything was well taken care of, and the whole place felt peaceful and relaxing. Stunning views from the remote location. Fabulous private beach. Rooms with private pools were great, beds were super comfy, staff were fabulous and so helpful. Infinity pool and cabanas were a great spot to spend the day, and with that gorgeous view! Free sauna session was lovely I was very scared about the road after reading reviews about how terrible it was, but it was fine- sure it was a bumpy and unsealed road, but we had no problems and it didn’t feel unsafe at all.
