Breakfast is never part of the stay. Kitchen was provided by the property . I had prepared my own Breakfast. All necessary Utensils are available.

The property is clean and its location is easy to access transportation and easy to get to the airport and city centre (Paris). I enjoyed the fact that there are nice restaurants around and could get virtually everything I needed throughout my stay.

Everything was absolutely perfect, accommodation, accessibility and the friendly attitude of the owner. I recommend the accommodation. In Paris, I recommend using the Bolt taxi, it will arrive instantly, with a click in the app. It costs 12.5 EUR from Orly Airport
