I stayed at Maroon Bottle for one night and absolutely loved it! The location is excellent, right in the center but still quiet at night. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated in a modern, minimalist style. I especially loved the comfortable bed, the high-quality linen, and the eco-friendly bath products — nice attention to detail! Check-in was easy with codes sent directly to my phone. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, always available via message or phone if needed. Breakfast was a highlight: freshly prepared, with many delicious options to choose from, and served beautifully. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-designed apartment-style hotel in Thessaloniki. Great value for money — I’ll definitely stay here again!

Location was central so convenient, nice that it wasn't just a room but a suite of sorts with a seating area and bedroom. Bright and airy enough. Liked the general decor and authenticity of the building. Nice to have a little balcony. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was lovely too and served really nicely (display wise) although I didn't get what I ordered on the first morning, perhaps a communication mishap! Bottle of wine in the room was a very nice touch (although we didn't find the time to drink it!).
