It was a small but well-equipped room with bathroom near the center of Thessaloniki. The room was modern, the bed was comfortable. Everything was accessible that is needed. I got smart tips from the owner what to see in the city.

I will list my pillars that I usually notice on my various stays: - The host was very sweet, she showed us around the apartment and explained how to use the heating and the warm water. She was waiting for us in front of the building and also explained the building rules so that we won't be faced with any bad experience - The house is a studio, very clean and not smelly like the ground floor houses usually are. I even dared to shower without any feet covers for my fear of foot mucus which was nice. - The location is arguably the best one yet. In the corner of Aghia Sophia and Aghios Demetrios, sits between the city and the old town and is very close to both Kamara and Aristotle street which is very convenient. - The house itself is very quiet. Although on the ground floor it has a cute little balcony with a private alley and enough sunlight. Fully equipped with an oven, fridge, cutlery, towels and a hair dryer. There is a single deck bed which was safe to sleep in and the bed on the bottom which is a double and the mattress was new and so soft. The highlight was that there were many places to put our things and not just leave them on the ground. Wi-Fi was working perfectly. - Security was impeccable, the building is in an alley with 2 small orthodox church buildings and the biggest threat were the cats that were too friendly! I can see myself staying there alone as a woman and going back home alone late at night, which I did with no concerns! I have stayed in various locations around the city, as I travel at least 5 times per year and this is my favorite. I could see myself staying there each time I visit and I already advertised it to my friends who are also visiting the city quite often. It is not just a value for money, it is a steal!

Perfect place 10/13 minutes walk from the center, very cozy place and in a good neighborhood, in general I think it's a good choice. very nice and kind owner
