A very important plus for the property is the short term parking space right in front in order to leave your belongings. I was travelling for business carrying heavy and fragile equipment. The parking space made all the difference in my experience. The host was kind enough to offer a solution for my non refundable stay when travel warnings almost cancelled my trip which was much appreciated and sent a message to see if I had arrived safely.
