Room was nice...... Staff was helpful as I had a broken wrist ad they were very helpful especially taking my suitcase upstairs.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great and very central. The room was clean and comfy. And plenty of tea and coffee available. The view of the sea stunning.

Ok, so for one of the cheapest options in the Mumbles, we were not expecting The Ritz! The Carlton is perfectly placed and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and perfectly fine for somewhere to sleep. No frills, but adequate

Basic twin bed room but comfortable beds. Great location for mumbles front. Lovely staff, especially Sheree who helped us to room with luggage up 2 flights of steep steps. Found us the promised fan needed as extremely hot .
