3 days prior to arrival, Park Hotel Den Haag takes an authorization on the credit card used during booking. Upon arrival, Park Hotel Den Haag requires an imprint of a valid credit card; the hotel will pre-authorize a deposit of EUR 100 per room per night to cover any charges made during your stay.
Guests without a credit card will be asked to present a valid ID such as a passport on check-in, and to pay accommodation charges in full plus a cash deposit of EUR 100 per room per night to cover extras. Cash deposits will be refunded on check-out, minus any charges.
Parkhotel Den Haag has indoor parking with a limited number of spaces. Reservation for it needs to be made in advance by contacting the hotel directly. Without confirmation for the garage, there is no space available. Please note that cars running on liquid petrol gas are not allowed. To access the parking garage, guests need to enter The Molenstraat.

This hotel is a true pearl in Den Haag – rich on an impressive history and therefore charming, cozy, and yet quiet. The team is extremely friendly and always ready to help, making the stay most enjoyable. You could rent a bike here, savor a nice breakfast or take a short walk to the city center, because it's super close. Simply perfect! The rooms are modern and spacious yet warm and inviting. They come with a coffee/tea machine AND a bathtub - how cool is this! Especially after a long day on your feet.

Great location and friendly staff. However they overbooked and called me on the day I was due to arrive to tell me that my room was being downgraded from a double to a single (they gave me a discount and free breakfast to make up for it, but still it is annoying). The room I was allocated was ok but the coffee machine was dirty/moldy and there was a dirty tea cup and teaspoon from the previous guest. The room was cold and the heater wasn’t working, so a staff member kindly brought me an extra blanket in the middle of the night. Overall the location is good and the staff are trying their best but the property needs to be modernised and cleaned a bit better. Bed sheets, towels and the bathroom in the room were clean at least.
