The fine print
Please inform the hotel about your estimated time of arrival. All rooms are double-rooms. A third child or adult is charged EUR35 per night for extra bed. The maximum number of beds in the Superior and Executive rooms is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the Deluxe rooms. Please note that an extra bed and a children's cot is only available upon request and subject to availability. The children's cot costs EUR10 per night The hotel is not equipped with air-conditioning. Breakfast is available and served at a restaurant of your choice nearby. Pets (dogs only) are allowed on request and cost EUR19,50/dog/day, please ask for approval beforehand. The option for twin beds is limited and only possible in Superior Rooms and upon request. Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

We had the superior room with terrace and we loved it. Very big bed and very comfortable. Friendly atmosphere in the common areas and great staff. Location is also amazing, right in the heart of the great shopping district.

uncompilcated and top organised place in the midfle of the symphatic old town. pedestrianzone. we arrived late, no more personal was there. but bot needed, top informed we had all the informations we needed. with dog no problem.

Hi loves, so from the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless. All the information came straight to my email, and the digital key on my phone was a game-changer <3 I could open the front gate, my room, everything, with just a tap. It made me feel so free and at ease. When I stepped into my room, I found a personalized welcome message with my name on it <3 such a sweet, thoughtful detail. The room itself was dreamy, the bed so comfortable I didn’t want to get up, and the bathroom perfect. The whole place has such a relaxing atmosphere, I instantly felt at peace. They have coffee and all the good stuff for you right in your room, everything is so clean and peaceful. Spacious and what I loved too is that everything is so close around you like you are in the center of the Mainstreet, whatever you want you will get. The best restaurants, cafe's game rooms and even markets and historical locations. Breakfast was included and genuinely exceeded expectations; fresh food, lovely ambience, and such a cozy space downstairs to start the morning. The staff really went above and beyond; they were always attentive, quick to respond, and made me feel completely cared for. Even small touches, like having an elevator for convenience, showed how well-equipped the hotel is. I’ve stayed in many places across the Netherlands, but this is by far the best experience, I am not exaggerating seriously THE BEST! I’ve ever had. The Paleis Hotel is truly a hidden gem, one of those places you’d never expect to find, but once you do, you’ll never forget. Honestly, I would come back here in a heartbeat, and I think anyone visiting the Netherlands should too. Thank you team you guys are the best! Can't wait to come back!!
