Location, the hotel and moreover the staff. Breakfast is relatively simple but there are enough places nearby if you want more.

Check in staff were wonderful, excellent help and service. The location is perfect for a city trip, close to all amenities and very clean and felt safe.

Good location, warm welcome, very friendly and helpful staff. Secure indoor storage for our bikes. Free tea and coffee, great bar area and comfortable cosy rooms. A very enjoyable stay, we would definitely recommend this hotel as an ideal place to stay in The Hague.
