The location is very good, and the staff were okay. The room was spacious enough for a family of three with a toddler. The facilities in general are good, and everything matched what was described in the listing. We stayed for two nights. After our first night, we returned in the evening and found that our room hadn’t been cleaned, despite us hanging the “make up the room” label. When I complained at the reception, they apologized and explained that the cleaners had already left. They provided us with fresh towels and offered complimentary breakfast for the next morning (we had booked without breakfast), which was a nice gesture

Amazing location. 5mins walk from the train station. 5mins walk to a Primark and mcDonalds. 5mins walk to all the shops and bars. Tram right outside for the 20 or so mins journey to the beach. 10/10 location.
