The reception staff were awesome, they managed to move rooms around to find a twin room for us in order to add in my friend and were generally incredibly helpful. Bikes to hire were super. Spa facilities were wonderful and it was great that we were allowed to use them after we had checked out. Breakfast was also really good. For the price it was excellent.

They did upgrade us which was nice and the hotel is large and functionnal . The room was a delight Coffee (cheap) and tea in room. Good bed
