We stayed in the queen room with spa top floor. Just to step out on the verandah to a view of the beach was wonderful. The spa is fantastic, easy to use and is heated. Staff was helpful and friendly. It's all stairs, no lifts. They do have ground floor rooms if needed. We come here all the time for a get away and love it. Nice cafes/restaurants on the corner of Bay Rd and Toowoon Bay Rd. Also best cafe is green tangerine at long jetty, worth a visit.

Cleanliness was above expectation. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for access to the beach. Restaurant downstairs was convenient.
