Loads of space, comfortable bed, nice kitchen with everything. There is a washing machine and enough space to store your luggage and set up home. The apartment is at the back of an inner courtyard, and it is very quiet. This apartment is in a superb location to use as a base of operation for a couple of days to explore the surrounding area, and to be in a quieter town. You are close to the mountains and Mulhouse. There are quite a few lovely hikes that start from Thann. Thann has a large parking lot on the edge of town, or you can park across from the apartment. The owner is very communicative and provides you with all the information you need. I didn't get to see the owner, but he left me with loads of information and all the instructions I needed.
