Staff very courteous & client orientated. During check in, a bellhop offered me a bottle of water. I discovered some mould on the wall paper, false ceiling of bathroom not properly assembled, dirt on door behind bathroom, so I sent the photos to the front counter. I was offered to change room, but could not be bothered, for I am a back packer, my expectation is not that high. I only expected the staff to fix the problem after I had checked out. The houskeeping manager arrived with his staff & fix all the problems for me. He personally wiped off the mould on the wall paper. They also sent me a fruit basket as a sign of goodwill. I was very impressed with their standard of service. The slight defect in the room was more than covered by the hospitality of the hotel staff. I am very impressed.

The hotel is at the great location. However if anyone is coming there as tourist then I want them to know that there's not any tourist spots near by. You'll have to go to the town side. The breakfast and the staff was good. The food is amazing there. However i feel the staff can be more professional with their body languages, while dealing with people. It's not enough to speak in a formal manner but to act also. A person's body language says alot.
