The staff were very kind, accommodating and quick to respond to requests. We didn't use the shared pool but it looked nice and clean. Our private pool was lovely.

Stunning property. The pool was beautiful and at night looked stunning. Staff were so friendly. Room was so big and comfy beds. Food from restaurant was great. It was a perfect stay before our flight home.

The property was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The villas are spacious and private, making it a very relaxing stay. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, which made the experience even better.

I just had one of the most incredible stays of my life at The Kiri Villas Resort Phuket! Everything was absolutely perfect. Every single staff member, from the management to the wonderful housekeeping team, was incredibly hospitable, kind, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I’ve seen some reviews mention that the resort is a bit 'far,' but I honestly don't think that's true at all. If you are looking for a calming, peaceful place away from the noise, this location is absolute perfection. Plus, anywhere you want to go is still easily accessible by taxi or car service, so it’s never an issue. The villa itself was incredibly comfortable. Even when it was pretty hot outside, the AC worked flawlessly and kept the room perfectly cool. We had absolutely zero complaints. The pool setup is phenomenal—it is truly completely private, offering total seclusion. It also has an appropriate depth and size, making it perfect for actually getting some nice swim rounds in. It's regularly checked and kept pristine, and the Jacuzzi was an amazing touch for relaxing. Breakfast was another major highlight. They offer quite a few options so you can choose something different every day, and the food is prepared beautifully with real craftsmanship. Finally, you absolutely must try the in-house massage! The spa staff is excellent, and I specifically want to shout out my masseuse, Eva (I hope I’m spelling her name right!)—she was absolutely wonderful. I really cannot say enough good things about this place. If you want a perfectly comfortable, beautiful, and hospitable stay in Phuket, book this resort!"
